Scratchboard project. If you arent familar. Scratchboard is a black matte coating on a white underlay. Everything WHITE was scratched on the surface. Its basically the reverse of drawing. Instead of drawing the holding lines and shadow you are scratching out highlights. I used An exacto blade, Flat head screwdriver, steel wool, Push pins and a carving quill.
